Data Deletion

• Go to your Facebook account's Settings & Privacy, then click Settings.
• Look for Apps and Websites — you'll see all of the apps and websites you've linked with your Facebook.
• Search and click Raichu in the search bar.
• Scroll down and click Remove.
• That's it — you've successfully removed your app activities.

If you are unable to perform the steps above, you may request manual deletion by contacting us directly. Upon request, all data associated with your Meta connected accounts (access tokens, message history) is permanently removed from our servers within 24 hours.

Kame House Solutions FZCO operates the Raichu.ai, Latias.ai and Bulma.ai platforms. According to the Facebook Platform rules, we provide a User Data Deletion Callback URL or Data Deletion Instructions URL. If you want to delete your activities for any of our platforms, you can follow the steps above.
